Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates starting from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery may vary depending on your specific location, carrier capacity, and customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Fluxis has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@fluxisgear.com with your order number and any relevant photos. We will investigate and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, or other events beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you updated if any significant delays occur.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. Fluxis is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-shipping due to address errors may incur additional charges.
